Your business is growing.
Your systems and operations need to grow with it.

I help established small business owners improve how their businesses run, from strengthening processes and systems to managing the operational details that keep everything moving.

As your business grows,
things get more complicated.

What worked when your business was smaller may not work quite as well anymore. There are more people involved, more things to keep track of, more tools to manage, and more decisions to be made.

You may have processes and systems in place, but they aren't always working well. You may know there are things that could be done more efficiently, but they're difficult to get to when you're busy running the business.

I understand how the pieces fit together.

I’ve spent more than 20 years in operations accounting, leading teams, managing projects, improving processes, and solving problems across departments.

That experience taught me to look beyond the immediate task and understand how processes, systems, technology, people, and projects connect.

Today, I bring that experience to established small businesses as an Online Business Manager. I work alongside founders to improve how their businesses operate, strengthen their systems and processes, and keep important work moving forward.

Here's where I can help

Business
Operations

Helping manage the complexities of your business.

I coordinate people and workloads, manage priorities, address operational issues, and keep important things on track.

Systems &
Processes

Looking at how work gets done and finding ways to improve it.

I improve workflows, document processes, organize information, and put practical systems in place.

Projects & Implementation

Taking responsibility for getting projects done.

I manage timelines, coordinate the people involved, and keep projects moving forward.

Operational Partnership

Working alongside you as a trusted operations partner.

I take ownership of the areas you need support with and help keep the operations side of your business moving.

How we get started

1

Understand Your Business

We start by looking at how your business currently operates, what's working, what's getting in the way, and where you need support.

2

Make a Plan

Together, we identify priorities and determine what needs to happen first. This gives us a clear direction without trying to tackle everything at once.

3

Get to Work

I help put the plan into action, whether that means improving processes, implementing systems, managing projects, or taking on ongoing operational responsibilities.

What this makes possible

When the operational side of your business is looked after, you don't need to be involved in every detail. Processes are clearer, projects stay on track, and things that aren't working well get the attention they need.

Most importantly, you have more time for the parts of the business that need you.

More time with your clients. More time working on the business. More time to think, plan, and decide what comes next.

What people I've worked with say

“When I was looking for a new team lead, Tiffany was the first person I thought of. Although that would be a new position for her, I had absolutely no doubt she would be the perfect fit. I never regretted that decision for one second. The role was very challenging, and she handled herself with grace, strength, kindness, fairness and professionalism.״

Cherie Thannhauser

Former Manager & Colleague

“Tiffany has the ability to quickly assess problems and to find solutions in a methodical and thorough way. Not only was she able to find answers but she was also able to articulate the issue and to document a process for improvement. I enjoyed working with Tiffany not only for her competence but also because she was down to earth, able to laugh when needed and great support.״

Former Colleague
